PIERRE R. APOLLON, P.E., LEED®AP
Mr. Pierre Apollon is a professional civil engineer and real estate executive with over 30 years of experience leading public and private sectors in real estate development projects, alternative asset management and start-up ventures.
Earlier in his career, he provided forensic engineering consulting for national corporations and governmental institutions. Subsequently, he has held leadership positions responsible for over $10 billion in real estate assets at several Fortune 500 corporations including Citigroup, Johnson Controls and Ryder, Inc. Presently, as a Managing Principal for Apcon Group, Inc., Mr. Apollon conducts structural analysis of residential and commercial structures using the latest CAD technologies and leads the company’s investment strategies in the renovation, management, as well as acquisition of multifamily investments to maximize cash flow and long-term appreciation.
Mr. Apollon received his bachelor degrees in Civil and Architectural Engineering from the University of Miami and an MBA in finance from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Business in Evanston, IL. Furthering his commitment to the real estate industry, he also earned top academic honors in completing his Master of Science in International Real Estate from Florida International University in 2015.
In addition, Mr. Apollon is a certified general contractor (CGC) in the State of Florida focusing on multifamily residential properties. He stays abreast of the latest real estate trends through his membership in several professional organizations including Urban Land Institute, Miami Association of Realtors and the Florida Board of Professional Engineers.
During 2003, Mr. Apollon relocated from Boston, MA to Pinecrest, FL, where he currently resides with his wife and three daughters. He is very active in his community and volunteers in many local organizations. He is also a strong proponent of the Arts having raised funds previously as a Pinecrest Foundation board member for the redevelopment of the Banyan Bowl Amphitheatre at Pinecrest Gardens in Miami and since 2011 continues to serve as a board member of the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts.

CHAD MORRIS, Field Technician
Chad has a perfectionist approach to building excellence having learned various roles. Today, Chad brings together his incredible wealth of knowledge and experience to oversee construction schedules and budgets, orchestrate team workflows and most importantly, ensure construction standards and client visions are always upheld.
Over the past 35 years, Chad has constructed over three million square feet across multiple assets classes including large scale multifamily developments to brand new high bay industrial facilities. His experience allows him a vast knowledge base for the various projects he oversees. As a construction supervisor, carpenter and general contractor, he values a high standard for the end users or tenants. His vast experience includes the following: generation of budgets, project schedules, analysis of construction documents, value engineering, collaboration with the Project Team, solicitation of trade partner and supplier bids, and completion of the final construction per project cost estimate.
He not only serves as the owner’s representative but also manages projects through completion. Chad's diverse experience is backed by strong credentials and a proven history of on-time, on-budget and high-quality projects.

Alexandra Sanchez, Administrative Assistant

Alexandra Sanchez is an Administrative Assistant at Apcon Group, Inc. with over 20 years of experience in office management which includes the following: management of account receivable and payable, bookkeeping and vendor coordination.
In addition to her strong background in customer relation, she brings an experienced perspective in tenant communication and management.
As a certified Notary Public, Alexandra is adept at handling confidential material as well as scrutinizing complex documents.
